Coaching Services
Level up your project management skills through one-on-one coaching
Why Coaching?
Project Leadership Coaching is a 1-on-1 coaching program for project and program managers to help you overcome challenges and to support your professional leadership. By strengthening your key capabilities, you will gain increased confidence as a project leader, which in turn, improves project success.
Project managers are often natural leaders who enjoy working with teams to help drive the successful completion of their organization’s key initiatives. Challenges on this journey can include missed deadlines, unhappy executive sponsors, vendor delays, and project nay-sayers…just to name a few. With coaching, you can establish your authority as an influential leader and get the respect that you deserve. Project Leadership Coaching provides guidance and tools to help project and program managers become much more effective and resourceful when it comes to addressing issues and challenges on their initiatives.
How it Works
Coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals and will be centered around your actual work!
After an initial assessment of your project challenges and needs, you will receive coaching that is appropriate for you, your team and situation.
The initial coaching agreement is for 90 days and is renewable. During our coaching journey, after the initial assessment, we will meet on a regular basis via videocalls to discuss your specific challenges and recommendations for you to address them. Unlimited consulting via email is available between our regularly scheduled calls.

“Coaching has been instrumental in cultivating my soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork. These enhanced interpersonal abilities have not only improved my collaboration with team members but have also positively impacted my overall effectiveness as a project manager. In addition to the templates contributing to the growth of our project management office and the personal encouragement to pursue my PMP certification, I also developed more effective problem-solving and communication skills – improving my collaborations with our team.”
